- More than 20% of course materials have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
- Student has attended live seminar sessions or interactive workshops
- Certificates of completion have been issued to the student

- Personal circumstances unrelated to course quality or delivery
- Change of mind after substantial course engagement
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification
4. Partial Refunds
4.1 Pro-Rata Refunds
For multi-session seminars or extended courses, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis:
- Calculated based on unused portion of the course
- Subject to a minimum 25% administrative fee
- Only available if less than 50% of total sessions have occurred

4.2 Subscription Services
For ongoing subscription-based access:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing period
- Students retain access to materials until subscription expiration

6. Payment Method Considerations

Refunds to credit or debit cards typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.
6.2 Electronic Payment Services
For payments made through electronic payment platforms, refunds will be returned to the original account and may take 3-7 business days.
6.3 Bank Transfer Payments
Refunds for bank transfers require additional verification and may take 10-15 business days to process. Students must provide verified bank account details.
7. Course Transfers and Credits
7.1 Transfer to Alternative Courses
As an alternative to refunds, students may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course:

- Price differences may apply and must be paid before transfer
7.2 Course Credits
